i'll put one up soon, i have a really good 1....

Map : Shi No Numa
Where : Anywhere near a Perks-A-Cola and Random Weapon Box
How : Buy weapon but don't take, buy Perk and go to the Random Weapon Box (Be Quick) and pick up the weapon

So this glitch pretty much gets you a 3rd weapon. Beware though if you do it wrong or had bad timing, your weapon in hand will disappear...
